ADRA Kyrgyzstan promotes a healthy lifestyle through educational programs and social events. It is also working on early detection of diabetes and raising awareness about this disease. Most farmers have little interest in preserving the soil, and instead try to extract from the ground short-term gains. ADRA Kyrgyzstan has developed a project aimed at changing the practice of agriculture as well as promoting effective land management. The purpose of this project is to preserve the environment for future generations, protect biodiversity, and develop sustainable environmental projects.
